CLOUDS
The word Kansas literally means “wind people”, and her constant breeze is one of the perks I’ve found, that comes with life on the hemline of Tornado Alley. Combined with the mid-western sky, the results are a magnificent, impermanent, and transient experience to behold: it makes for exceptional cloud watching. If I may be so bold as to grossly misquote Oscar Wilde, “We’re all in the gutter Darling, but some of us are watching clouds.”
